SHINE Supporters and Partners Lunch

SHINE held its Supporters and Partners Lunch to celebrate the achievements of young women participating in its education and wellbeing programs across the Mid West.

SHINE works with students who may be at risk of disengaging from mainstream education, providing practical, school-based support that helps them strengthen self-belief, develop life skills and build pathways for the future.

Through life skills development, vocational training and social and emotional wellbeing support, SHINE helps young women re-engage with learning and build the skills and confidence they need for to succeed in school and beyond.Several Year 10 students at the event shared with Mitsui E&P Australia (MEPAU)’s Senior Stakeholder Relations Advisor, Freya Contos, how SHINE has positively impacted their education and personal growth. Through SHINE’s guidance and advocacy, these students are thriving at school, building confidence and developing into future leaders.

MEPAU and Beach Energy are proud to partner with SHINE, contributing $150,000 over three years to support programs that empower young women across the Mid West. Together, we are helping create opportunities and positive outcomes for the next generation.
