Mitsui E&P Australia (MEPAU) recently participated in the Shire of Irwin’s Magic on Moreton 2025 community event, hosting an interactive information booth for local residents. In partnership with Beach Energy, MEPAU proudly supported the event with a $6,000 sponsorship, helping bring together families, vendors, and community groups from across the region.

The booth, run by MEPAU’s Senior Stakeholder Relations Advisor Freya Contos, provided visitors with the opportunity to learn more about the organisation’s activities and ask questions about its operations. A highlight of the booth was a scaled model of the Waitsia Gas Plant, which offered a unique, hands-on experience for attendees interested in the Mid West’s energy infrastructure.
