Three new Hollomby Foundation scholarships have been made available to Geraldton Universities Students this year, providing $2,000 each to support Mid West students who need to complete lengthy unpaid placements as part of their studies.
Mitsui E&P Australia (MEPAU) and Beach Energy were pleased to present the inaugural scholarships to Courtney Librizzi (Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood), Alice Taylor (Bachelor of Nursing), and Danica Clow (Bachelor of Social Work) at the Hollomby Foundation Scholarship Program Presentation in March.
Since 2010, the Hollomby Foundation has raised and distributed more than $1 million in scholarships and bursaries, helping regional students access local study opportunities through the Geraldton Universities Centre (GUC).
