The Mid West’s first Aboriginal Business Forum had more than 200 attendees, with many local industry and business sponsors, including MEPAU, providing sponsorship and support.

The new forum provided a platform to promote local business capacity and opportunities for business development, training and employment, with Aboriginal business owners and numerous companies and government agencies in attendance.

The event was hosted by the Mid West Development Commission, Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation, WA State Government, the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation and Aboriginal Businesses from the region, with the Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry organising the event on their behalf.
